Event
Class: New Kayaker / Basic Skills
Details
This Class is focused on those who are new to kayaking, have never received instruction, or would like a refresher. Weโll spend ~1.5hrs on dry land covering basic skills before hitting the water. Weโll cover how to get in & out of your boat at the put in and practice basic paddle strokes on the water. At only 43.3 acres, Fish Lake is a great paddle classroom. I'll cancel if there is not enough (~4 people) interest by 6pm the day before.
Come learn new skills in a safe environment. This is a good paddle classroom. Learn how to keep yourself and others safer. There will be someone to help with unloading and loading your boat.
If you can't make this session, let me know when would work for you and I'll see what I can do to schedule another session!
