Hello!

Just like last year, the club has been asked to provide safety boat support for the medical lake triathlon!
We’re looking for 15-20 kayakers or canoeists.

Our responsibility will be to allow the swimmers to hold onto the front of our boats and take a rest. The police depart will have rescue boats there in case there is an emergency.


The water will still be cold so dress for immersion (wetsuit/drysuit). PFD and whistle is required on this outing. I’d suggest packing water, sunscreen, snacks and a sun hat.


Generally we take a little paddle before the event to warm up and then another after to relax and enjoy the lake.
