This will be a paddle around the perimeter of Newman lake. Arrive early so we can launch promptly at 10 am. The public parking requires a Discovery pass. Dress appropriately for the water conditions. We will stop for lunch at the McKenzie conservation area.

Restrooms are available at the park. For safety reasons we will stay together on the water. Good Items to Bring: Dry bags, spray skirt, emergency contact info, sunhat, sunscreen, sunglasses with retainer, and water.

Paddler Responsibility: Each paddler is responsible for choosing outings they can handle comfortably and assumes full responsibility for their participation.

Cancellation/updates: Wind, smoke, high temperatures or other conditions could result in event cancellation. If so, the Host will update on Meetup. Please check before coming.
