UPDATE - June 16, 2021
Dear Paddlers:
We heard from many of you about our May 26 decision to prohibit stand up paddleboard (SUP) use in the Little Spokane River Natural Area in Riverside State Park. We sincerely appreciate all your comments and concerns.
As of today, we are SUSPENDING this prohibition. SUP use will be allowed while we more fully evaluate the effects of all recreational use in the natural area. We will also be asking for your input in the near future.
